Shipping policy

♥Pretty A Shop  business hours are Monday-Friday from 8 – 4pm (PST). Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office.

 

♥We offer standard shipping for all orders. All orders will be packaged and fulfilled in the order in which they were placed.  Orders will process within 3-8 business days from your order date. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location

 Missing Packages:

♥ All packages are insured with USPS/ UPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
